What SPOTTR is

SPOTTR is a one-time setup service for Instinct, an invite-only AI assistant that talks with you through Messages. For $39, paid once, you get:

• An Instinct invite code for each adult in your setup: one for an individual or business owner, two for a couple or family.
• A personalized setup built from your onboarding answers, hosted on a private SPOTTR page that your assistant can read once you give it your SPOTTR login.

SPOTTR is not Instinct. We don't own or operate Instinct, and we can't control what it supports, how it behaves, or what it charges. Your use of Instinct is governed by Instinct's own terms and pricing.

What we don't promise

We set up context and preferences. Whether your assistant can act on them depends on what Instinct supports and on the connections you choose to make through Instinct's own secure flow. We never claim a capability Instinct doesn't have, and we'll tell you when something isn't supported. Don't rely on your assistant for emergencies or for medical, legal or financial decisions.

Your SPOTTR account

During onboarding you create a SPOTTR account with an email and a password. You'll share that same login with your assistant through Instinct's Vault, so use a password you don't use anywhere else. Keep it private; you're responsible for what's done with it. After 10 failed sign-in attempts the account locks for 15 minutes. In a couple or family setup, the second adult creates their own account from a one-time join link, and each adult's page is private to their own account.

Payment

The price is $39 USD, charged once by Stripe. There is no SPOTTR subscription. We never see or store your card details. All sales are final; see our refund policy.

Invite codes

Each invite code is for the adult it's assigned to and for one Instinct account. Don't sell, trade or share codes. If we're temporarily out of codes, your order waits in our queue and we assign one as soon as we have it.

Your answers and your setup

Your answers are yours. You give us permission to store them, turn them into your setup, and show that setup to anyone who signs in with your SPOTTR login, which is how your assistant reads it. Once you press “Build my SPOTTR”, your answers lock so the setup stays consistent. Share only what's needed; first names are plenty for the people in your life.

Fair use

Don't try to access anyone else's SPOTTR page, probe or disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We can suspend accounts that do.

Changes and availability

We may improve the service and update these terms. The current version always lives at this page, with the date above. We work to keep SPOTTR available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, SPOTTR's total responsibility to you for anything related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We aren't responsible for what Instinct does or doesn't do.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy SPOTTR.
